This MFC (multi function center) was a great choice for me. I was searching for a photo print/scan/copy machine that was compatible with my MAC. Seems like there aren't many out there. I love that it has card slots for every different kind of memory card (SD, XD, MS, CF) and also 2 USB ports (one outside and one under the scanner hooked up to my laptop). I use my flash drive with the outer USB port. The Photo Capture program on the printer allows you to VIEW your pictures on the LCD & alter them before printing. The paper tray holds regular 8.5x11 copy or photo paper & also 4x6 photo paper. I really like that the ink cartridges are separate for each color. Photo printing is good quality. I've also used it for regular copying - good quality also. User friendly.
