4 out of 5 stars Nice!   August 18, 2008

A very nice compact design that looks great sitting on your desk or computer. I mostly use it for my PSP (Pro Duo) and digital camera (SD). Top looks like convincing brushed aluminum, but it's plastic. LED power/access light is a nice green, not those annoying newer LEDs that burn your retinas out!

I'd say it's perfect except some say it can't read SDHC which could be a problem for me in the future, and it comes with a REALLY short usb cable. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, so 4 it is.

5 out of 5 stars a good reader   July 24, 2008
Dennis E. Wood (California)
I've had a dozen card readers over the years. They are of two camps: the cheapies I get from Ebay and Hongkong, for next to no money; I've not had one of these (yet) work on all slots. They usually will read one or several cards, not all. Inevitably the one I need doesn't work. Then I've had a few decent readers which I've handed off to my kids, thinking I'd get another nearly-free Hongkong special. It seems I never learn. This time, I bit the bullet, paid some money, and it's true, "you get what you pay for." Glad I did.

4 out of 5 stars Everything I Expected!   July 3, 2008

I didnt give it 5 stars because i havent used it a lot. But everything looks pretty good, and the product filled my expectations. And i like the way it looks too...it's pretty similar to the picture, unlike other products whose pictures do not represent the reality. Great purchase. I totally recommend it!
